1. What size dumpsters do you have?

We rent 15 yard, 20 yard and 30 yard roll off dumpsters and provide 1 yard, 2 yard, 3 yard, 4 yard , 6 yard and 8 yard dumpsters for our garbage route customers. See our 'Roll Off' or 'Commercial Dumpster' pages for specifics on sizes or call us for help.

2. What are your service areas?

We provide dumpster rental services in Fort Collins, Loveland, Greeley, Longmont, Wellington and everywhere in between. We provide commercial trash services in Fort Collins, Loveland, Greeley, Windsor, Wellington, Severance, Timnath and Johnstown.

3. Do you provide residential trash pick up?

Not yet. Keep checking back. It's coming soon.

4. How long does it take to get a dumpster delivered?

In most cases we deliver within 24 hours.

5. Can I rent a roll off dumpster ahead of time?

Yes, we encourage you to do so. Spring and summer is our busy time and we can run out of dumpsters for a few days at a time. Calling ahead will make sure we have what you need, when you need it.

6. How long can I keep the dumpster I rent?

Our dumpster rentals are for 10 days. We do NOT automatically pick up your dumpster until you call and request that we do so. Extra days are charged at an additional $15 per day.

7. Do you charge for delivery?

Our prices include delivery within the city limits of Fort Collins, Loveland and Greeley. Areas outside of this radius may incur a small delivery fee. Please ask when ordering.

8. Do you have other fees like Fuel Surcharges, Environmental fees or Administrative fees like some of the national companies?

No.

9. Where are you located?

Our office is in Windsor and our truck yard is in Fort Collins. We are a local, family owned and operated company and our focus is on providing our communities with the best service possible.

10. How much weight can I put in the dumpster I rent?

Our prices include 1.5 tons in the 15 yard dumpsters, 2 tons in the 20 yard dumpsters and 4 tons in the 30 yard dumpsters unless specified otherwise. Extra tons are billed at $50 per ton. The absolute weight limit on our dumpsters is 10 tons. Be careful when loading dirt or concrete as to not overload them.

11. Do I need to be present for delivery when I rent a dumpster?

No. Just tell us where you would like the dumpster placed and we will take care of it.

12. Will the roll-off dumpster fit in my driveway?

Yes. Our longest dumpster is 22' long and will fit in most driveways.

13. How full can the dumpster be?

Please don't fill the dumpster rental past the top edge. We may not be able to haul it if it is over filled.

14. Can I put mattresses in the dumpster rental and is there an extra fee?

Mattresses can be put in the roll off dumpsters and there is no extra fee.

15. What can't I put in the dumpsters rental?

Liquids, Paint, Oil, Pesticides, Antifreeze, Hazardous Wastes, refrigerators/freezers, tires or In-Laws.

16. When do I pay?

We require a credit card when you order however, it will not be charged until the dumpster is delivered. You can also pay with cash at the time of delivery. For our route customers will bill in advance and you can pay with check, credit card or EFT upon successful credit check.
